The Villa is located in southern France in a small medieval town called
St Mitre les Remparts, about 30km (20 miles) from
Marseille and the same again from
Nimes, both of which have international airports and TGV access.
Our home is on the edge of the "Etang de Berre". Europes largest Salt Water lake.
We are perfectly
situated for visits "en Provence" such as
Les Baux de Provence,
La Camargue,
La côte Bleue,
Aix en Provence and
Arles. All within a half an hours drive.
The closest beach (apart from the back garden) is a couple of minutes walk and the closest beaches on the Mediterranean are 15 minutes away by car.
The
interior of the house itself is 145m² , has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 mezzanine/office, 1 pantry/laundry room and the salon, dining room and kitchen all open plan over 70m².
Outside there are 3 large terraces, a garden and a lake.
The peace and quiet along with the proximity to
Provence's richest treasures.
